A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Sixth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado, Judicial Department, to support probation officers to manage misdemeanor cases in Drug Court and provide juvenile mental health and gang prevention services. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Adds $246,323.67 to the agreement between the Crime Prevention and Control Commission and the State Judicial Department to support probation officers to manage misdemeanor cases in Drug Court and provide juvenile mental health and gang prevention services. The last regularly-scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 1-3-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-24-10.
