(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Revokes the revocable permit granted by Ordinance # 11, Series of 2005, to Denver Public Schools to encroach into the public right-of-way with a remediation system consisting of four 1-inch pipes and two 5-inch pipes at 2880 W. 8th Ave. in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-23-13.
