A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($8,350.00), payable to Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP, and Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($11,650.00), payable to Afshin Shariati, in full payment and satisfaction of all claims by the City and County of Denver in Civil Action No. 12-cv-02024-REB-KLM, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
