(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Changes the zoning classification from PUD #320 to E-SU-DX (Urban Edge context, Single Unit) to all construction of a single unit residentail structure on property at 1454 S Milwaukee in Council District 6. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS AFTER PUBLICATION. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 2-5-13.
