The Department of Housing Stability (HOST) requests authorization to purchase a passenger van which exceeds the $50,000 threshold requiring City Council approval. Ordinance No. 1284, Series of 2021, appropriated funds for the purchase of four vehicles for the Early Intervention Team (EIT) via a transfer from the General Fund, 01010, to the Planned Fleet Fund, 11804. Due to projected savings within the Planned Fleet SRF, there are funds available to purchase additional vehicles for the EIT.
