A bill for an ordinance making a rescission from and an appropriation in the Culture and Recreation Special Revenue Fund Series to make a cash transfer to Parks Legacy Capital Improvement Funds.
Approves a rescission and appropriation of $2,000,000 from the Parks Legacy Special Revenue Fund (15828) to make a transfer and appropriation to the Parks Legacy Improvement Projects Fund (36050) to be utilized for the acquisition of the Tibaldo Property, a 167-acre property located between Denver Mountain Parks’ Mount Pence Tract and Bergen Peak properties off State Highway 103 in Evergreen.
