A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), payable as follows: $47,472.40 to Leslie Branch Wise and $27,527.60 to Keating Wagner Polidori & Free, P.C., in full payment and satisfaction of all demands and/or claims asserted or which could have been asserted by Leslie Branch Wise in Civil Action No. 12-cv-2996-JLK. (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor-Council meeting on 7-16-13.
