A bill for an ordinance approving an Amendatory Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for retiming of traffic signals.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds $229,001 to the existing contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. (for a new contract amount $950,315), and extends the term one year (for a new end date of 12-2015) for signal retiming of an additional 127 traffic signals (201312883). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-24-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-23-14.
