A bill for an ordinance authorizing execution of a Permanent Easement to the Clyfford Still Museum relating to City land generally located at 13th Avenue and Bannock Street for the purpose of detention and drainage, landscaping and related improvements, and ingress and egress.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Grants an easement to the Clyfford Still Museum of City Parcels adjacent to the Still Museum and the Hamilton Building at the corner of 13th and Bannock for detention and drainage, landscaping and related improvements, and ingress and egress. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-8-11.
