A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and DLT Solutions, LLC, to add additional funds and to extend the contract.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adds $851,152 to and extends the current contract with DLT Solutions through 5-21-17 (total contract amount of $2,162,048) for maintenance of Oracle Global Customer Support (TECHS-CE95019-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-12-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-24-14.
