Authorizes the City and County of Denver to accept 100% reimbursement in the amount of $14,931,257 from a funding agreement with the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) for the upgrade of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) in Checked Baggage Resolution Areas (CBRA) at DIA. This is a 100% reimburasble TSA funding agreement for upgrade of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) checked baggage resolution areas (CBRA) within the Terminal building and adjacent garages on level three. The work funded through this agreement consists of design, constuction, and project execution to upgrade and imporve the working conditions for the TSA. As a result of the work DIA will be able to upgrade the BHS to increase capacity and improve the equipmnet of the odd size system in three locations in the terminal.
