A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and PMAM Corporation, to increase the maximum contract amount.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Adds $140,000 to the alarm management revenue contract with PMAM through the end of the contract in December 2014 for administering the City’s burglar alarm system, issuing and renewing permits, and tracking false alarms for a total contract amount of $780,000 since 2010 figured as 12% of total rcollections (CE05013-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-10-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-6-14.
