Amend Section 39, Denver Parks and Recreation, regarding building plans.
Approves a companion ordinance to the new Denver Zoning Code, adding to Chapter 39 a new section to require City Council approval of any new building or addition to an existing building in any city park of over 35 feet in height or over 3,000 square feet in footprint.
