A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed amended Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Transportation concerning the “Distracted Driving and Speed Enforcement” program and the funding therefor.
Amends a Grant Agreement from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to add $210,038.40 for a new total of $528,676.30 and adding twelve months for a new end date of 12-31-2026 for distracted driving and speed enforcement by the Denver Police Department, citywide (POLIC-202370759/POLIC-202581685-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-5-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-3-2025.
