A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Seventh Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Rosmik, Inc. for the operation of a concession at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Revises an agreement with McDonald’s Corporation to allow concessionaire to operate month-to-month at current terms until a new agreement is finalized. AC-38013-07 (B-CC FC) The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-25-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-24-12.
