(LAND USE TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a Development and Vesting Agreement with IRG Redevelopment, exchanging a site for the Lowry Vista Fire Station for certain development rights on the site. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on -12. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 1-31-12.
