(HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION, & SERVICES) Approves a $22,522,000 contract with FCI Constructor's, Inc. for construction of the Denver Justice Center Smith Road East Detention Housing Unit Project. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 8-30-10. The bill was approved for filing by Councilman Hancock.
