(FINANCE & SERVICES) Sets a January 20, 2015 public hearing before City Council on amending the St. Anthony Urban Redevelopment Plan for the Sloans Block 7 West Project, located at the intersection of West Colfax Avenue and Stuart Street in Council District 1. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 12-4-14.
