A bill for an ordinance approving Service Plans for the creation of 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 1, 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 2 and 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 3 relating to the redevelopment project at approximately 9th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves the Service Plans for the formation and establishment of three (3) Title 32 districts: 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 1; 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 2 and 9th Avenue Metropolitan District No. 3. The boundaries of the districts are east of Colorado Boulevard, north of 8th Avenue, south of 11th Avenue, and west of Bellaire Street. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-20-14.
