A bill for an ordinance approving an Agreement between the City and County of Denver and DSRW Enterprises, Inc., dba Calahan Construction Services for construction services for the Union Pacific Railroad Yard Office. (INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a $2,689,390.31 contract with Calahan Construction Services for construction of a new Union Pacific Railroad office building and associated site work including demolishment of the existing office to accommodate the 35th/36th Pedestrian Bridge in Council District 9 (201419442). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-27-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-18-15.
