A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Purchase Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Land Conservancy for the purchase of approximately 36,474 square feet of real property at the intersection of Colfax and Irving Street located in the Festival Plaza Project (also known as the Avondale Project) for a site for the West Denver Public Library.
(HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION AND SERVICES ) Approves the land acquisition for the new Westside Library located in Council District 1 for the Better Denver Bond Program. The last regularly-scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 10-04-10. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-24-10.
