(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a no cost agreement with FC Stapleton II, LLC to facilitate the exchange of the current City-owned parcel for a different parcel to facilitate construction of the North Stapleton fire station in Council District 11 (FINAN-201416696-00). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-13-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-11-14.
