Extends for the last year and adds $1,491,350, for a total of $6,800,000, as provided for in the initial 2009 agreement with Standard Parking Corporation for operation of the city’s garages at Denver Performing Arts Complex, Cultural Center, and Justice Center, which generate revenues of approximately $6,000,000 annually (CE92007-2). (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Extends for the last year and adds $1,491,350, for a total of $6.8 million, as provided for in the initial 2009 agreement with Standard Parking Corporation for operation of the city’s garages at Denver Performing Arts Complex, Cultural Center and Justice Center, which generate revenues of approximately $6 million annually. (CE92007-2) The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-3-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 8-29-13.
