A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Loan Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Industry Office Denver, LLC, for office development.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a loan request for $1,000,000 to Industry Denver, LLC to aid in acquisition and development of the Industry office development in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-30-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-28-13.
