A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) payable to the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Colorado, in settlement and compromise of the Plaintiffs’ reasonable costs and attorneys fees in Wortham, et al. v. Dulacki, Case No. 10-CV-3032.
