(BUSINESS WORKFORCE AND SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a modification to a loan with Northeast Denver Housing to convert the loan terms (GE03004) + (GE2Y003). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-4-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 12-19-12.
