Amends a contract with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Storage Tank Remediation Trust Fund and extends the contract to through 12-31-16 to receive reimbursement funds from the Division of Oil and Public Safety for the City’s clean up of petroleum contamination at the City-owned facility at 5440 Roslyn Street, in Council District 11 (ENVHL-201309569-02).
