A bill for an ordinance approving the First Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Subway Real Estate, L.L.C. to amend the terms of the lease for the Justice Center Garage.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Reduces the rent through the remaining term of the lease with Subway Real Estate for the Justice Center Garage from $2,023 a month to $1,600 a month (201101016-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-5-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-4-14.
