(Health, Safety, Education & Services) Accepts and appropriates the Colorado Prevention Partnership for Success grant from the Colorado Department of Human Services’ Division of Behavioral Health in the amount of $400,000 for FY13-14 for a total funding of $1,846,328 for substance abuse prevention strategies for youth (GC00018 (6)).
