A bill for an ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement for the provision of fire protection services to the City of Glendale and authorizing appropriate City officials to enter into a lease with the City of Glendale for a fire station facility. (HEALTH SAFETY EDUCATION AND SERVICES) Approves a six-year Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the City of Glendale for the Denver Fire Department to provide fire protection service within the municipal boundary of the City of Glendale for a total contract amount of $12,936,820. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-3-12. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 12-6-11.
