A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Eighth Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Ayala’s, Inc. for the operation of a concession at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Changes the concessionaire agreement with Ayala’s Inc. (Seattle’s Best Coffee), located at the Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5 West, to allow participation in the airport’s Alternative Surety program by providing a performance surety at less cost and without having to pay the higher costs of obtaining a bond through a bonding company. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-17-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-15-12.
