A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and MW Golden Constructors for a Fire Training Simulator to be financed through a capital lease purchase agreement.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a $1,188,241.30 contract with MW Golden Constructors financed through a companion capital lease purchase agreement for a Fire Training Simulator and associated equipment at 5440 Roslyn Street in Council District 11 (201418018). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-27-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-25-14.
