A bill for an ordinance updating an obsolete reference in Section 56-110(b) Article III of Chapter 56 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code pertaining to the City’s Master Drainage Plan.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends Section 56-110(b) of Article III of Chapter 56 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) to clarify that the City’s master drainage plan and studies are based upon storm drainage criteria and methodologies established by the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 9-10-14.
