(GENERAL GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Amends the purchase agreement with Avondale Commons, LLC to increase the maximum price to $12,000,000 to reflect the cost of site work being performed by Avondale prior to sale closing on the site for the Westside Library, a Better Denver Bond project in Council District 1. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on - -11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-30-11.
