A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Regional Transportation District for the 16th Street Mall Transit Lane Paver Maintenance
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) regarding the 16th Street Mall Transit Lane Paver Maintenance to add an audit clause, which was inadvertently omitted in the original IGA. No other changes are being made to the IGA (PWTRN-201414871-01). The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-11-14.
