A resolution amending Rule 5.6 of the the Denver City Council Rules of Procedure in regard to the determination of a quorum for purposes of committee voting.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Defines Council Committee quorum for purposes of taking action as a majority of the membership present with the President serving as a member when in attendance at a Committee meeting. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 2-23-12.
