Amends a contract with Mental Health Center of Denver doing business as WellPower by adding $5,210,000 for a new total of $21,280,560 and adding fifteen months for a new end date of 12-31-2025 to operate the Behavioral Health Solutions Center, citywide (ENVHL-202475595).
