A bill for an ordinance changing the zoning classification for 60.10 Acres Northwest of the intersection of Pena Boulevard & Green Valley Ranch Boulevard. (NEIGHBORHOODS & PLANNING) Rezones a parcel of land located in the Pena Boulevard Transportation Corridor from PUD #515 to DIA Zone District. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS AFTER PUBLICATION. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 12-10-14.
