A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendment to Concession Agreement and Revival (Civic Center Office Building) between the City and County of Denver and HJB Convenience Corporation, d/b/a Russell’s Convenience for a five-year, income-generating extension, to the concession agreement.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves a five-year $154,000.00 income-generating extension to the lease agreement with Russell’s in the Webb Building. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 2-6-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-8-11.
