Revision of Bidder Disclosure Ordinance: a) Presentation. b) Fifteen (15) minutes of public comment on proposed revision. Two minutes per speaker and equal opportunity for opposing perspectives as determined by the Committee Chair. c) Action on proposed ordinance. (BUSINESS, WORKFORCE AND SUSTAINABILITY) Streamlines the bidder disclosure ordinance by limiting applicability to political contributions made to current elected City officials, certain charitable donations, and to contracts that are not competitively bid, eliminating the current five year time limit for disclosure, deleting requirements to list underage children of enterprise principals The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 3-6-13.
