Amends a contract with Vivent Health, Inc. to add $1,070,136 for a new total of $2,235,296 and one additional year for a new end date of 12-31-2024 to provide rental assistance and services to support individuals living with AIDS, citywide (HOST-202472421-01/HOST-202366622-01).
