Approves the annual City Property Tax Mill Levy for the year 2020 to be collected in 2021 for purposes authorized by law. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-8-20.

This is one of three resolution requests to authorize three separate components of Denver’s 2020 mill levy for property taxes due in 2021: 1) City (this request), 2) DPS, 3) and Special Districts.
In 2020, credited mills are being restored to enable property tax growth in the City’s affected funds up to the voter-approved 2A growth limitation. This is included in the 2021 budget.
