Amends an agreement with Xerox State and Local Solutions, Inc. to extend the term of the agreement for six (6) months through 12-31-15, and appropriate an additional $708,000 bringing the total agreement amount to $10,021,849 for the Photo Speed Enforcement Program (CE-81107-07).
