Amends the Cooperative Agreement with the Civic Center Conservancy regarding vending and maintenance contracting. (PUBLIC AMENITIES) Amends the 2006 Civic Center Conservancy Cooperative Agreement to provide the Conservancy the ability to contract and manage vending in Civic Center Park in areas designated by DPR and within guidelines established by DPR; and authorizes the Conservancy to contract for additional maintenance.
