A resolution to set a public hearing relating to the approval of the Amended and Restated Ironworks Foundry Urban Redevelopment Plan to expand the boundaries of the Ironworks Urban Redevelopment Area, add an additional project and establish a new sales and property tax increment area for the newly added area.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Sets a public hearing before City Council on 6-8-15 for the Amended and Restated Ironworks Foundry Urban Redevelopment Plan in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 4-23-15.
