A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for design and flood control improvements for First Creek Park upstream of Tower Road.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) by adding $600,000 of City funds for a new total agreement amount of $1,000,000 to construct park improvements for First Creek Park, located at the intersection of Elmendorf Drive and Bahama Court in Council District 11. No change to agreement duration (201839897). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-19-18.
