A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Thirty Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) payable jointly to Mark Ashford and Richard M. Crane, Esq. in full payment and satisfaction of all claims in Civil Action No. 11 CV 1997 in the District Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
