A bill for an Ordinance approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Trust For Public Land for the purchase of a 5.5 acre parcel of land at 12680 Albrook Drive
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves the purchase of a 5.5 acre parcel of land at 12680 Albrook Drive at a cost of $170,000 and in cooperation with Trust for Public Lands and Environmental Learning for Kids, to provide a site for environmental education, stewardship of natural resources and training in leadership and service, in Council District 11. The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-24-14. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-22-14.
