A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), payable to Bill Dau in the amount of $28,281.36 and Killmer, Lane, and Newman, LLP, in the amount of $21,718.64, in full payment and satisfaction of all claims in Case No. 15-cv-00684-KLM-NYW, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
