Amends the contract with Populus, LLC, to extend the contract through May 1, 2013, and to expend federal American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) grant funds in the amount of $41,000 to provide customer support, data management, work flow management, energy advising, energy advisor training, and other project management support for the Denver Energy Challenge program (ENVHL-201204731-00).
